The service is given as-is and while i did my best to make a service which works flawlessly, it may occasionally suffer form bugs which may prevent it from functioning properly. So no implicit warranty is given and you agree that Luca Mearelli has no responsibility or liability for the failure to store or deletion of any Content Posted on the Service. You shouldn't rely on it for "mission critical" uses.
The service itself and its creator are not responsible of any content that should eventually be unappropriate since the users themselves write their documents, and only the owner is allowed to edit them in the system, send them via email and make them public.
